In 1988 Mark relocated from Birmingham to Destin, commuting between Destin and his office in Panama City until 1997, when he made the obvious decision to move to beautiful Panama City Beach. He has had a unique opportunity to witness the phenomenal growth the Emerald Coast has experienced over past two decades.
Mark has maintained a full time career in sales and marketing, sales management and sales training. In 1988 he became General Manager for JMA, Inc., the second largest sales and sales management training organization in the country. In 1997 he joined the Edgewater team in the creation of the Martin Green Golf Academy at the Hombre Golf Club. Under Mark’s direction as Director of Sales and Marketing, the Golf Academy earned the distinction as one of Golf Magazines Top 25 Golf Schools in the country in 2001 and has maintained this prestigious recognition year after year.
Having worked closely with Edgewater on various projects over the years, Mark was invited to join the team at Edgewater Beach Realty Inc. His service is highly focused to meet his client’s specific needs and insure maximum results. Mark specializes in both residential and commercial, but focuses primarily on investment properties. Types of properties include luxury beach and bay front condominiums, townhouses, single-family homes, as well as pre-construction opportunities for both beach and bay front, along with land and home packages.
